SB68 HFA Rowe 2-26

                Delegate Rowe moves to amend the H H&HR AMD #1 to SB68 on page 2, section 10, line 21, following the period, by inserting the following:

                “Each hospital shall post on the internet and make available to the public at the facility serving the public, a cost list of regularly performed tests and procedures, expressed in terminology that can be understood by the general public, to allow a person to be informed about the costs associated with any test or procedure.  The board shall promulgate guidelines by legislative rule pursuant to section eight of this article on how and what procedures and tests shall be listed and how categorized.”
